Chocolate Frappé 🤎
Chocolate Frappé is a delicious iced drink blended with cocoa powder, sugar, ice, milk, chocolate syrup, topped with whipped cream, sprinkled with cocoa powder on top, and drizzled with chocolate syrup.
Where does cocoa powder come from?
Cocoa is the seed of the cacao tree. The seed contains a lot of fat and is used to produce cocoa butter. Cocoa butter is then used to produce chocolate. The cocoa which is used to make chocolate is a fine powder.
According to study, cocoa is beneficial for health. Cocoa has nearly twice the anti-cancer antioxidants of red wine, and up to three times those found in green tea.
Uses of cocoa are numerous. It may be used in cakes, creams, toppings, cookies, and drinks.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons of warm water
1 cup of ice
1/2 cup of milk
1 tbsp of chocolate syrup
Procedure:
1. In a blender, put 1 tbsp of cocoa powder, 1 tbsp of sugar and 2 tablespoons of warm water. Stir until the sugar and cocoa powder are completely dissolved in the warm water.
2. After stirring, put 1 cup of crushed ice ice, 1/2 cup of milk and 1 tbsp of chocolate syrup. Blend to desired consistency. Pour into a glass. Top with whipped cream, sprinkled with cocoa powder and drizzled with chocolate syrup
